Prudence Kaufman has always had a passion for painting and creating, as well as contributing to her community through church, work, and school.

In 2011, she unexpectedly became a single mother to her four children. After moving back to Canada from the U.S., she began looking for ways to support her family while continuing to homeschool.

In 2022, Prudence introduced pocket-sized art journals as part of a homeschool project. This initiative blended art and entrepreneurship for the Earth Explorers Youth Market in Winnipeg. The project allowed her to blend her creative passion with practical business skills, and offers her children a hands-on learning experience.
