You’re invited to experience a free sound bath session with Brie’s Botanicals during the Garden & Art Tour. Relax and unwind in one of the featured gardens. Discover the restorative benefits of sound therapy and enjoy a moment of relaxation surrounded by nature.

Find the The Herb Society of Manitoba in one of the gardens on the tour. Ask them questions about everything herbs!
Formed in 1995 by a group of volunteers interested in educating the public about herbs and the use of herbs in everyday life. Their mission is to promote knowledge and enjoyment of herbs through education.
Volunteers from the HSM maintain the Herb Garden at Assiniboine Park.
Their meetings are generally held the 3rd Monday of each month and start at 7:00 p.m. at the Canadian Mennonite University South Campus in Winnipeg.

Discover Prairie Roots Herbals, a locally owned wellness business in Selkirk specializing in natural herbal remedies, handcrafted wellness products, and holistic living.
Guests will have the opportunity to learn about herbal living, explore thoughtfully crafted products, and discover simple ways to incorporate natural remedies into everyday life.
