Glow Fitness presents the return of Summer Co-Ed Yoga Night, held every Tuesday evening and open to all levels of experience.
Two class styles are offered:
Deep Stretch Yoga (5:45-6:45PM)– A slow-paced class focused on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and aiding in physical recovery. Ideal for relieving stiffness in hips and hamstrings.
Slow Flow Yoga (7:00-8:00PM) – A gently guided sequence of poses performed at a relaxed tempo, designed to build strength and enhance overall flexibility.
