The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) is hosting the National Indigenous Peoples Day event at Selkirk Park on June 21st. For the last 17 years the event has taken place in Selkirk, and is a staple in the Interlake Region events calendar.
National Indigenous Peoples Day is a full day celebration begins at 9 a.m. with a pancake breakfast and includes ceremonies, a BBQ, Red River Métis entertainment, MMF department and affiliate booths and a Red River Métis market.
