Vendor applications open March 9, 2026

Early Bird Application Deadline: Friday, April 17th, 2026
Final Application Deadline: Friday, May 15th, 2026

Vendors are encouraged to submit their applications by the early bird deadline and will be notified of their results by Friday, April 24th. Submitting your application does not gaurentee your acceptance. Vendors are selected based on products, display, quality, price range, etc. by a juried board.

Eligible vendors include authors, florists, and business owners offering products related to gardening, nature, and flowers.

Thinking of applying for the Garden & Art Tour? Here’s a few things you should know before you submit your application!

  • Garden & Art Tour Vendors are required to pay a $25 + GST fee once they receive an acceptance email.

    The Garden & Art Tour is a rain or shine event. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled.

    • Authors 

    • Garden Vendors (Vegetables, Honey, Seeds, Flowers, etc) 

    • Greenhouses/Florists

    • Master Gardnern

    • Garden Experts/Instructors (Mushrooms, Herbs, Seeds, etc)

  • Vendor Application Deadline is Monday, April 21st, 2025. Vendors will receive confirmation on Monday, April 28th, 2025.
